Shipping policy

Please allow 8 working days for your order to be cut, constructed, pressed and packaged. All orders are dispatched from Caitlin Snells studio in Auckland, New Zealand. 

You will receive an email to confirm once your item has been shipped.

All products are sent using tracked New Zealand Courier Post (Carbon Neutral Delivery) non-signature service. 

Currently we only ship to New Zealand and Australia. Feel free to enquire about a quote if you would like shipping to a different location.

Orders take approximately 3-5 working days to arrive after being sent. 

Caitlin Snell cannot send out orders to private bags or P.O. boxes.
