Where are your pieces made?

Each Caitlin Snell piece is designed and handmade in Auckland, New Zealand. From the first cut and sample to the final construction, pressing and packaging, each garment is made with care in our studio.
How long will my order take to make?

Please allow up to 8 working days for your order to be cut, constructed, pressed and packaged before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your destination. All orders are sent using tracked delivery from Auckland, New Zealand.
Where do you ship?

We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia. If you’re based elsewhere, please get in touch at hello@caitlinsnell.com and we’ll be happy to provide a shipping quote where possible.
What is your returns policy?

We accept eligible returns in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details and exclusions.
